Our management team

Tina Hansen
Tina is an operations manager within payroll administration, and has largely dealt with payroll administration and related work throughout her 25-year career, including HR assistance and collective agreements. Tina is very interested in HR, management and development of employees, including performance development

Steen Biilmann
Steen is the day to day responsible of the company and with his 20 years of audit experience and a further 22 years of managerial responsibility in a finance/business service company (finance, payroll, HR and Global Compliance services) he has the prerequisites to be able to advise clients.
Steen’s core competence is, among other things, advice on general management and on organization within the company’s administrative functions.
Steen has many years of experience with the establishment and operation of foreign subsidiaries in Denmark.

Sofie Jensen
Sofie is an operations manager within payroll administration and has 15 years of experience from major finance functions and 10 years within payroll administration, gained both at domestic and foreign-oriented companies. Sofie has great interest and strength within optimization/implementation projects.
